The Brew Master
John Niedermaier, the Brew Master at Brewery Terra Firma, is a Traverse City native. He became interested in brewing shortly after he discovered his passion for cooking. Once he realized that brewing is cooking - the boundaries between the two began to fade and the possibilities became infinite.

Over 1,000 original recipes in the vault, the creative process in John's head shows no signs of slowing. John has almost 30 years of brewing experience as a commercial brewer.
Previously, John was the Head Brewer at Traverse Brewing Company and the Brew Master at Right Brain Brewery.
