Batch 500 was the 1st IPA in the Grand Traverse Region brewed then by Traverse Brewing Comapny, the 1st brewery in the area since prohibition. It’s intention was to depart from the increasingly bitter American versions just starting to hit the market and lean more toward hop aroma and flavor, decades before it’s time. Savor it. 7.2% abv
